Our account customers include NZ Blood Service and we have access key locations such as Queens Wharf and the Eastern Viaduct, as well as all the terminals operated at Auckland International Airport.

Billing flexibility

We accept TaxiCharge cards, vouchers and all major credit cards, Total Mobility cards and have POS terminals installed to give you speedy and secure processing.

On top of these payment options, we can design a billing and reporting solution that suits your organisation. We offer innovative systems, such as personalised cards or a simple PIN number quoted when making a telephone booking.

Quality as standard

As part of a large organisation it is important we have robust checks and measures in place to ensure we continue to deliver the very best service. So we use a complete Quality Assurance Programme to help us stay focused. As well as scheduled and random inspections, vehicle presentation standard guidelines, and a mystery passenger programme, we regularly ask for our customers’ feedback.
